Refund policy

All bookings must be made in full to guarantee registration. Once a booking has been made, a receipt and confirmation letter will be sent to you second class in the post. If you have not received this letter within three-four days, please contact the department on 01279 810080.

Multiple booking discounts must be made in the same transaction, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

In order to qualify for an ‘Early Bird’ rate, payment must be made before the deadline date. Any ‘Early Bird’ bookings received after the deadline will be charged at the full price.

Two weeks before the event, we will send out more information regarding the event, along with an agenda for the day. It is not necessary to bring this with you, as a badge will be waiting for you on the day.

For promotional purposes, there will be a photographer and videographer present throughout the event. Any delegates who do not wish to be filmed should contact the department in advance of the event.

Following payment of an event, you have a seven day cooling off period, during which time you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after the seven days will not be entitled to a refund of any kind, however, if delegates contact the department, they will be entitled to the link to the conference, as well as a goody bag from the day.

 

Magazine subscription refund

If you wish to cancel your magazine subscription you can do at any time. We will divide the total amount you paid, by the amount of issues you paid for and refund the amount for any remaining issues. Please email info@targetpublishing.com or telephone 01279 810080.
